1. What products and services do we offer?

We offer a range of financial products via our partners. Please ask us for further details of the companies we can offer you products from.

2. Which service will we provide you with?

You will not receive any advice or recommendations from us in relation to finance. We may ask you certain questions to assist us in narrowing down the selection of products that we will provide you details on. You will then need to make your own choice about how to proceed. We will always provide you with both the advantages and disadvantages of the product types that are available to you.

We are not an Independent Financial Advisor (IFA).

3. What will you pay us for our services?

We will not charge you a fee for using our service.

Our partners may charge their own fees. This information will always be provided prior to you agreeing to take out a product.

4. How do we make money?

Money Saving Advisors work with a number of carefully selected financial services providers who maybe able to offer you financial products based on your needs. We will be paid a fee for the introduction but this does not change any of the terms of products that they offer to you. You can ask us for more information about the fee we have secured as a result of your purchase at any time by contacting us on the details at the top of this notice.

5. Credit Searches

Some of our partners will need to carry out searches to ensure their product is suitable for you.A ‘soft search’ is not visible to other companies and will have no impact on your credit score.A ‘hard search’ is a complete search of your credit report and can affect your credit score for six months.

Money Saving Advisors, and it’s partners will never carry out a search before obtaining your explicit consent.

7. Are all the products we offer regulated?

Not all of the products and services we offer, either directly or through our partners, are regulated by the FCA. If you wish to know more about a product or service before you proceed, please contact us using the details at the top of this letter.

Receiving your feedback is important to us as it enables us to learn from any mistakes and, where possible, to improve our service. We will aim to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible but no later than 8 weeks following receipt.If you are dissatisfied with our response, you can refer your complaint to the Financial OmbudsmanService (FOS). You must do so within 6 months of our final response. The Financial Ombudsman Service is free and impartial and you are entitled to contact them at any stage of your complaint.
