How Money Saving Advisors Ltd will deal with your complaint...

We aim to resolve your complaint as soon as possible. Sometimes things take a little more time. Please find below the process that Money Saving Advisors will adhere to respond to your query.

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 3 Working days and set out the next steps.

We will investigate your complaint fully and aim to resolve this within 3 days, where reasonably possible, however, depending on the severity and complexity of the complaint it may take up to 8 weeks.

The final response from us will include the findings from our investigation and, if applicable, what actions we will take to put things right.
